I – Any consequences arising from the negligence, imprudence, or inexperience of users regarding their individual data. We guarantee and are only liable for the security of the data processing processes and the fulfillment of the purposes described in this document.

II – Malicious actions by third parties, such as attacks from hackers, except if proven culpable or deliberate conduct by Deskfy.
We highlight that in case of security incidents that may generate risks or significant harm to you or any of our users/customers, we will communicate with the affected parties and the National Data Protection Authority about what occurred and will carry out the necessary measures.
III – Inaccuracy of the information entered by the user/customer in the necessary records for using Deskfy's services; any consequences arising from false or in bad faith information are entirely the responsibility of the user/customer.
